The Ballys in Reno became the Reno Hilton in 1992, Ed. Of course they have no value for gaming at the Hilton but to Collectors, they certainly do. The Chip Rack, price guide to Nevada Chips lists all these as valued at $10-14 each, retail. I suspect the Havana New Years is worth a bit more than that.

An updated price guide is scheduled to be published in the next few weeks and you might want to check with a collector or dealer after it comes out.
