This piece is quite common. It is not known what it was used for. BUT, the Latin Quarter did not have rooms to rent. It was not a motel. The large area you see in the picture was a huge ball room and or bingo at times. It was very nice in its day. Also was haunted per Unsolved Mysteries.

Larry Trapp has many of the items pictured for $5 each. He also has menus, greeting cards and bingo covers. Larry thinks the pictured items are giveaways. I think they were attached to car keys at valet parking.
