It may not hurt to call. I live on the other side of the state, and out riverboats that are on the Missouri River over here cruise early in the morning (about 8am - 10am) that way they get that requirement out of the way and are open for gambling the rest of the day. Yes, you can enter at any time. WHen they first openedyou were only able to board and get off at certain times, but that has not been in force for quite some time. I have some $1 chips from the 5 casinos on the western half, if you would like to trade. I would even trade 10 of each of my western Ia chips for up to 10 of each from the Eastern Iowa boats. That way we each of us are buying chips "at Face value" without having to go to the other side of the state (about 400 miles!). Let me know.
