Sheldon, I have gotten slot cards from Texas Casino as well. What I have done when I had some spare time on my hands is to search YAHOO under the topic of "casinos" & roam around the sites that come up. Some casinos will allow you to register for a slot card online, but you have to pick up the card when you visit the casino. They ain't no dummies! Off hand I can't recall which others have sent slot cards. I aways request an extra card for my wife & my dog SPOT.<g> Sometimes this works, but I can't ever recall SPOTS date of birth in human terms. Good luck in your hunt.
