A lot has happened in the last 6-8 years in the area of computer graphics. I published internal manuals for my company in the mid 80's. We had pretty expensive equipment just to do it in black and white. Amazing what $2000 worth of equipment will do today! Color printers were the last expensive link and I think that link has now been forged. I am about ready to invest in one and with the scanning, publishing softward, and printer, could easily produce low volume color publications. Armin is doing this himself with his color illustrated auctions.

Add a CD writer for about $500 and you can publish on CD ROM, as Greg is doing with his chip scans.
