The BJ showing on an inlay chip is a mistake, unless it is in the artwork like the Atlantis. I have several different chips like the Texas chip you described. They do get through sometimes. It is intended as a security measure and not supposed to show.They cut them out before delivery most of the time. At the Four Queens we had 1,000 come in on 1 issue. They were sent back. Except the one that fell on the floor.
