Just received word from Convention Chairman Extraordinaire, Mike Skelton, who furnished me with the following totals of rooms booked to date at Orleans. Keep in mind that we are still two months away from the hotel room reservation cut-off date and as of today the following rooms are already taken by CC&GTCC members: Tuesday-60; Wednesday-133; Thursday-154; Friday-148; Saturday- 139. This total does not include the club officers. It's shaping up to be another super show. If anyone reading this bulletin board has not sent in their reservation card to the Orleans, I would urge you to do so before our block of rooms are eaten up! Two months to go to cut-off date!

Also, for your information.... we are currently seeking some labor help to set-up tables on Tuesday/Wednesday. If you are willing to assist, we really could use your body. With 94 dealer tables booked (plus 94 back-up tables as well) plus Exhibitors tables, you can see we are hard pressed for help. Mike had to go outside the hotel to rent over 200 tables, which will be delivered on Tuesday.... but the rental company does not set 'em up. They just deliver 'em.
