Help Needed!

I just got a deposit notice that Frank Alvarez sent me $13 with Zelle.
I have no idea who Frank is. I've never used my Zelle account except for the one time I had to set it up and use it to pay a business. I have not used it since, so I have no idea how anyone would have gotten my Zelle info to send anything. I don't even remember my Zelle info

Anybody know Frank?
Anybody know if this is a scam of some sort?
Any help appreciated!
