Just as a Non-Club member cannot file a formal ethics complaint against a club member.

This makes perfect sense. If you want Club benefits, get off your wallet and pay the nominal dues.

As someone with no dog in this fight, I do think it is odd that no one with any knowledge of this matter has said any word publicly about it.
