This image is courtesy of Ron Clewell, who like me, collects WIN CARDS chips, and in particular, by the complete package, as offered by the casinos.

Framed here is a complete package from the Riviera. While most of the casinos that participated in the WIN CARDS Program would order special. NCV "WIN CARDS" chips, the Riviera decided to bring these beautiful 5 NCV "Gamblers Spree Action Chips" out of their vault for the Program. I sure wish they did that for the 25 NCV Spree chips!
