Appears to be next in the series of $100 LE's like the "Vegas Matt" chip.

This one featuring Bobby Revas , aka Bluffin' Bob. (I had to look it up, otherwise, no clue on these Gen Z guys.)

But against all odds, the El Cortez is reinventing itself with a younger crowd. So good for them.
