The Casino Collectibles Association is dedicated to providing the hobby with the world LARGEST casino collectibles show. To do this at a casino as nice as the South Point, while still keeping costs low for attendees and dealers, we need to pull off fundraisers during the show. One of the events that helps close this financial gap is the annual club auction that occurs Thursday night of the convention.

As some of you know, after years of great work, David Spragg and Jay Sands stepped down a year ago. The club can't thank them enough for the years they dedicated to the club.

The BOD managed last year, barely, but we would like to find a more organized solution.

If you would be interested in helping out with the auction, please contact me at vicepresident@ccgtcc.com to discuss or get more information. None of the past processes necessarily need to be done the same way. This could be something a volunteer could mold and make their own.

Although we do need a chair to coordinate the process, any help would be appreciated. Here is a general breakdown of the entire process. For most below, there are details not listed.

Pre-Show:
- Solicit/assemble auction lots
- Put together an auction catalog
- Put auction lots into HiBid online auction site

Live Auction:
- Monitor live auction

Post Auction:
- Coordinate the checkout process.
- Mail out items not picked up in person
