Last weekend, I was driving back from Michigan to Houston and needed a place to stop for the night. I saw signs for the "Southland Casino/Hotel", and although I had never heard of it before, I thought that sounded as good as any. It's actually in "West Memphis" which is in Arkansas. I guess it used to be a race track, but expanded into a full casino back in 2019.

It was actually an impressive sized casino. Acres of slot machines and pretty much all the tables games.

When I got to my room, I noticed a small display frame with casino chips in them. There was one that just said "Southland Casino" and five different colored ones with just QR codes (same both sides). Scanning the codes takes you to the casino's website for a particular area. Neat idea!
