If my memory serves me correctly, these programs were given to attendees of the shows. I have a very faint recollection of this. Maybe they were on the tables or given to patrons by the ushers. I have no recollection of programs being sold or given away from a stand like you pictured. I don't think I ever saw such a stand in the building.
