I recently acquired the prospectus, with some accompanying paperwork, that was presented to Max Baer Jr. in the early 1990's.
The son of the man, trying to put the deal together, lives in Kingman, and made the package available to me. They were proposing
buying the Aladdin and turning it into "Jethro's". Check out some of the financials and also the proposed restaurants and activities.
Certainly some unknown history of Las Vegas and Max Baer Jr.
