Yesterday marked the soft opening of what is being called The Caesars Palace 60th Anniversary Experience. In preparation for the Experience, Caesars Palace created a special plaque that was placed within a wreath and mounted to the wall above the entryway display case.

While pictured here, the wording is difficult to see, so I have transcribed it here:

The Caesars Palace 60th Anniversary Experience would not have been possible without the generosity, passion, and support of many individuals and organizations dedicated to preserving our remarkable history.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Sarn Family for the kind loan of treasured artifacts and memorabilia that help tell the story of Jay Sarno’s extraordinary vision and the creation of Caesars Palace.

We also thank the Museum of Gaming History (MoGH) for their partnership and commitment to preserving and sharing the rich history of gaming and Las Vegas.

To the thousands of past and present Caesars Palace Team Members, we offer our deepest appreciation. The items, stories, photographs, memories, and traditions featured throughout this experience represents only a small part of the legacy you have created. For sixty years, it has been your dedication, passion, and commitment to excellence that we have transformed a bold dream into one of the most recognized resorts in the world.

While this exhibit showcases artifacts from our past, the true legacy of Caesars Palace lives on through the people who have worked here, celebrated here, and welcomed guests through our doors every day.

Thank you for helping us preserve, celebrate, and share sixty years of Caesars Palace history. The story continues because of you.
