I know there were/are a few large prospectors throughout Nevada, but I don't know if they are recycling them. I know there was one at the Fort Lucinda Casino, near Boulder City. Fort Lucinda became the Gold Strike, and the prospector stayed.

I remembered seeing one at The Chocolate Factory, near Reno, but he's a different style.
