As I understand it, the dates listed in Fuller's Index Plus and The Gaming Table (1951-1971) are the dates of gaming licenses. Those are the dates in my post. Looking at the ChipGuide there are 4 different matchbooks...two of them say "casino", the other 2 don't.

Maybe they wanted the emphasis on the restaurant, instead of the gambling?
