I had thought that the Vallejo casino was created by the Elmo Tribe, whose casino beside Clear Lake had been shut down so many years ago. That tribe wanted to move its casino to Mare Island but those plans never materialized. Any souvenirs from Scotts Valley should be worth a pretty penny! Maybe a club card or a TITO? Anyone visit the place during its short existence?
