I’d say “hoard alert” could apply to most Chips in existence. Just because they’re sold as singles on eBay or other places doesn’t mean there’s not enough in existence to make several racks. The fact that someone took the time to build singles one at a time and show a rack or two now gets listed as a hoard alert.

For your particular example, I’m aware that there are several sets out there because there was several that were supposed to be destroyed that were merely buried and dug up years later like Playboy Atlantic City.
