First, I would agree with Jim that if none of the graphics (stars, swooshes or anything else) are incused, then it's just belongs in the myriad of plain molds.

However, note that on the ChipGuide's mold guide, there is an option called "Stars (denom)" which is the same design as you show, except a denomination has been added. By that analogy, yours could be called simply "Stars". I like Plain Mold better though.
