I was in the Navy in 1969 riding on a bus going back to my ship
after a night in Tokyo when I heard about that plane crash over
a military radio station. I first visited the El Capitan in 1966 when
they craps, 21 and roulette. These little foil doilies were used on
their plane so I don’t think many survived. The cathouse was
called the Greenfront but it is long gone.
