Curt Teich linen postcards have easy to read date codes on them...

Sometimes on the front, sometimes in the stampbox...

Look for 2 characters, followed by a 3-5 digit number (which I think is the order number for that scene)

The first character is a number, which represents the year; The second character is a letter, which represents the decade.

A is the 1930's
B is the 1940's
C is the 1950's
D is the 1960's

So the date code on your card is 6B...or 1946

2C would be 1952...8A would be 1938...etc
