On one of the matchbooks, I see that one of the Holiday restaurants (the fine dining one) was named Claudine's.

Named after Claudine Williams, CEO of the Holiday after her husband, Shelby Williams, passed away. She was the first woman CEO of a LV casino. She was highly regarded, not just as a casino boss but for philanthropy in the LV area as it grew (hospitals, UNLV, some other areas too, I think). I didn't know her at all, but her reputation was solid.
