Some of the below were found amongst chips from the western Tennessee area. I've never been able to make the initials fit with anything (F*** Restaurant/Recreation & Club?? I should look again), but it came in a horde of chips including:

Green Lantern Club - Covington, TN
Little Peabody Club - Memphis, TN
Cotton State Hotel - Memphis, TN

As well as a couple unknowns.

The horde mix has the feel of a raid haul, although Memphis and Covington are in different counties. Maybe a state effort?
