What if taking a picture of the casino chip - a chip created by the casino - is itself the first infringement? Does the original photographer have an enforceable claim to the casino's image?
Where is the discussion of fair use? Can only one user engage in fair use?
A.I. is still learning, but this is like asking the guy who just got his law license and has no experience a complicated question. In fact, A.I. is not actually thinking: it's just spouting back things it has seen others write about. It has never carried a briefcase into a courtroom to prove a point.
