Pam, do you have any menu pairs from luxury restaurants where one menu (for the gentleman) has prices and the other one (for the lady) does not have prices?

I vaguely recall such a pair of menus from the Imperial Room at the Las Vegas Hilton, back it the day. But I was in my 20's at the time and didn't really focus on such things. I wasn't paying anyway - I was a guest with my older brother who was there on a junket with his wife. His host at the LVH did treat us (them) well over the years. I have some fond memories of those times.

I seriously doubt if any restaurants do this anymore. A bygone era.
