In Response To: Is this rare chip legitimate? ()

I messaged with the ebay seller. He is a new club member, he signed up at the Show!

He gave me permission to submit the image to the ChipGuide. He said he tried to submit it as a change but never received a reply. He purchased it at an antique shop in LV.

I get the idea that it was made as a prototype, but when looking closer it seems to have wear on some of the edges and some dirt. Could it have been made as a prototype and then (either by the casino or the manufacturer) mixed in with the regular chips?

In either case it's an exciting development for AC collectors!
