Below is the picture showing the status of our club memberships that are set to expire at the end of June, 2026.

Once again, we are around the 73% rate of renewals for regular members and 67% for Associates.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who renewed in person at the membership table at the convention!
Doing the transactions like renewing a membership or picking up an anniversary pin in person is a tremendous help and saves the club money.

I have sent another set of reminder emails to the 31 Regular and 13 Associate members who have still not yet renewed.
I will send one more reminder in 2 weeks before setting the non-renewers to inactive on July 15th.

We received 2 exit surveys from people who have chose not to renew (they were both 1 year members). I will share their concerns with the rest of the board and will communicate with these members directly after we have had a chance to discuss.

If your date is June 2026 and you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder and if you didn't receive one that is an indication that we don't have a good email address for you.
