We had a very fun and busy time at the Membership Table at the convention. It was great to see so many members in person (new and old alike)!

In addition to the new members that we signed up, we had almost 300 people stop by to perform a Membership-related transaction, including:

37 members who renewed/extended their memberships or their associate memberships.

- Many of these kind folks extended for multiple years and many paid in cash - both things which save the club money and make the membership officer's life easier.

11 people who renewed online and selected the option to "Pick Up My Card At The Convention".

- Doing this saves the cost of mailing the physical card, again saving the club some money.

Over 200 members reviewed and confirmed or updated the data we have on file for them.

- This is a great step to improve our data accuracy to ensure accurate communications in the future for renewal reminders and magazine and anniversary pin mailings.

As you may know, we gave away limited edition chips to everyone who visited us at the Membership table and gave away a $25 Must Play chip each day.
Unfortunately, all 3 of their roulette spins lost, but I think it added some fun and worked as an incentive to get people to stop by the table.
