Member Retention - Q2 Renewals Update 2

Hello Fellow CCA Members!

Here is the Early June update for all of the memberships that are set to expire at the end of this month.

As has been the case in past quarters, renewals thus far are very sluggish - we currently have only 37 of the 120 regular memberships and 11 of the 39 associate memberships renewed.

I have sent emails (I just sent an updated reminder a minute ago), and postcards to those who don't have an email address on file, to all of the members set to expire.

If your membership is expiring this month, and you didn't receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder and if you still don't see it, please let me know at Membership@ccgtcc.com because that means I have a bad email address for you.

If you don't know when your membership expires, please take a look at your card, check the Membership Checker feature on The ChipGuide, or send me an email and ask.

I hope to see many of you at the Membership Table at the convention to do your renewal transaction in person.
Renewing in person makes it easier on your membership officer, and saves the club the postage costs of mailing the membership card.
Paying in cash or by check also helps the club avoid the 3.225% fee to PayPal for the online payments.

To urge you to do your club related transactions in person, I'm personally having an incentive program to award a limited edition "I did it at the convention" chip as well as a chance to win up to $900.
(See my other post on this ChipBoard for the details).

Here is the current snapshot of the expiring memberships - categorized by how long each has been a CCA member under the current number. Green cells are good, red cells need attention.

A special THANK YOU to all of you who have already communicated that you are going to renew at the convention or who have already renewed online and plan to pick up your new cards at the convention rather than having them mailed, that is a tremendous help for me!

Thanks!
-- Mike
