Looking for Maryland Charityroom Chip

Hi – new member here - I have been collecting chips since the early 90s. Started with match books which back then were available at any poker room podium, After I had 30 or so matchbooks the sulphur stink in my study lead me to change to collecting chips. Whenever possible I collect a chip from each poker room that I visit. I have about 900 of them of which I have actually played in 754 as of 5/11/26. I also have about 400 duplicates, different denominations and some unusual chips that I have picked up at shows and shops.

I am looking for one particular chip. In the 1990s there where quite a few charity casinos in Prince Georges County Maryland, I played every couple of weeks at the Laurel Boys and Girls Cub in Laurel, MD for 3 or 4 years up until the state government closed them all in 1997. I thought I had one of their chips but realized several years ago that the one I had was from a different MD charity casino. Anyway I am looking for that chip to complete my collection. There is a picture of the $1 chip in the Chip Guide. If you have one I probably have some duplicates that you are interested in

There is a second chip that I am interested in, When Vegas legalized gambling in 1932 the mob opened a joint called the Meadows on Boulder Hwy - I think on or near site of the current Library Gentlemen's Club. It closed in 1941 or so - actually per a documentary produced by the City for the 100th anniversary, it burned down. There is a chip from there in the Mob Museum which is where I first saw it. I would be interested in acquiring one depending on condition and price.

thanks Roger
