A nice Saturday for a drive so I took off from Northern Virginia to State College, Pennsylvania - home of the brand new Happy Valley Casino which officially opened to the public on May 8, 2026. Located in a former Macy's department store at the Nittany Mall in State College, the 94,000 square foot (100% smoke-free) Happy Valley Casino offers a nice blend of table games and slots, plus a high limit slots area and multiple options for food and beverages.

Of course Happy Valley Casino features the obligatory colorful casino carpet...

And now to the chips... here are images of the five denominations I was able to gather - I have traders of the $1 and $2.50 denoms.

I also asked about Grand Opening chips and it turns out they did order GO's, but they're currently stuck in US Customs awaiting clearance!
