value chips, if there is still such a thing, your buyer is probably a club member anyway. Unless its simply priced to sell to a damn flipper which is the other part of the problem. I have a thread on pokerchipper.com about the "flipper", how many time can a chip be flipped before its over priced. A large portion of our hobby has moving to buy/sell for profit. Sad times...
