I’d probably start with Winners Inn & Casino. From what I can find, they seem to have the largest gaming floor in Winnemucca, with around 200 machines, and they specifically mention Draw Poker and Bonus Poker.

Winnemucca Inn and Model T are also worth checking out, but if your main goal is having the most video poker options while staying at a hotel/casino, Winners looks like the safest bet. I’d still call before booking just to confirm the current video poker selection, since machines can change.
