I am trying to help someone post here. They are using Edge and have a .Comcast.net email address. He is setting a simple 4 digit password in the password box.

He can compose and preview fine. When he goes to post he gets this error message. Any idea what is going on? I am not sure what "user name" even means since this board doesn't require accounts.
