
Thanks for posting the article. It is a unique, niche property, but it sounds like they know how to position it in the market. Rather than try to get their own gaming license, I think they would be smart to do a lease or participation deal with an experienced operator, but not one of mega-size ones like Caesars. Even partner with Grand Lodge Casino (Hyatt Regency) in Incline Village. JMHO.
