What Makes This Club Strong?

One thing I’ve always believed about this club is that it’s made up of a wide range of members, all connected by the same interest in casino chips and gaming history.

Some are very active, some attend events, and others participate more quietly—but they’re all part of what makes the CCA what it is.

I think that diversity of participation is a strength. Different perspectives, different experiences, and different levels of involvement all contribute to the club in their own way.

And the fact is, every member has chosen to be here. They’ve taken the time to join and continue to support the club year after year, which tells me they care about the hobby and the organization, even if they participate more quietly.

The more we encourage people to be involved, ask questions, and take part—whether that’s in discussions, events, or even just casting a ballot—the stronger the club becomes.

At the end of the day, it’s not about how someone participates. It’s that they do.
