Member Retention – Update 5 - Q1 Drive to 100%

Hello Fellow CCA Members!

Well, the end of March has arrived, and here is the updated picture of where we stand on renewals for Quarter 1 2026.

THANK YOU to those of you who have already renewed, especially all of those who renewed for multiple years!!!

Of the 105 total memberships due to renew (95 regular and 10 associate), 67 have renewed, 2 have communicated that they are not renewing and 38 members did not respond to multiple messages sent via email, postcard and phone.

A 66% response rate is certainly disappointing given the amount of time I (and others) spend trying to remind people of the expiring CCA accounts.

I will reach out one final time to these 38 people in the coming days before setting their accounts to expired on April 15 and we can then move onto the renewals set for next quarter.

Below is a picture that shows the number of memberships expiring (categorized by how long they have been a CCA Member under their current membership number).

As usual, each colored box represents a membership - GREEN indicates they have renewed, LIGHT RED indicates they have not yet renewed & DARK RED indicates they have communicated that they are not renewing.

The board is working hard to improve the benefits the club offers, but if anyone has any suggestions about how to improve our retention rate, I am open to any and all suggestions!
