I have some chips with the letters J, N and P arranged in several different positions. The USPC Co. records indicate they were all ordered by Drake & Co. of Kansas City, Mo. on March 26, 1926. I was wondering if they all had a connection to one another. My main question is, where did the Billings, Montana ID come from?
