Hope everyone is off to a good start today.

Just getting back into the swing of things after a motorhome trip out to North Carolina where we got to meet our newest grandson, Jackson. Great trip, great time with family, and now back home catching up on everything.

I’ve been enjoying the discussions on the board lately. It’s always interesting to see the different angles people come from in this hobby and the things that catch their interest. No two collectors seem to follow the same path, which is part of what keeps it fun.

For me, one of the best parts of being involved in the club has always been the people. You start out focused on chips, and before long you realize how much you’re learning from others, whether it’s history, stories behind casinos, or just different ways people approach collecting.

I’ve also appreciated the messages and emails I’ve gotten recently. It’s been great connecting with members I haven’t spoken with before and hearing how they got started and what they enjoy most about the hobby.

Anyway, just wanted to say good morning and hope everyone has a great day ahead. Looking forward to seeing what shows up on the board today.
