In the absence of a quicker technical response, Yes, the CCA and MoGH's Technical Team, in conjunction with the CCA Board, are well aware of Cloudflare (and other products), as well as other, alternative potential defeating techniques, is aware of the options, to include Cloudflare and associated costs.
