() Timeframe those numbers are from but if they’re year to date and the number of referrals from the Chip guide is 10 and we can assume that all 10 joined solely for the advanced features of the Chip guide that means we brought in $400 year to date due to those advanced features. I agree that somebody being referred to the Chip guide in a Google search should not be met with an ask for a $40 membership so quickly
But I also agree that we can have some member only benefits to the Chip Guide. All in all my stance is still that we are putting too much weight on the value of the Chip guide. Well I believe it is a very important and excellent tool. It should be used more as a lure to experience the club than a requirement to join.
As mentioned when I do use the Chip guide I simply click the state scroll to the Casino to see the chips that should remain free in my opinion. All the other features can be member only but I do believe that an ask for money the minute you hit the chip guide from a Google search or other search is in poor taste.
Even if the number hits 20 by years end you’re talking about $800 not a make or break for the club. As I say always, the convention is the jewel of the club and should be the biggest focus.
