It is a "gift" sent to people invited to the exclusive "pre-opening" of the 10/27/2020 Circa Hotel & Casino.

Includes 2 unused admission tickets issued to Louie Anderson. Notice they misspelled his name on the tickets. I tried to scan the tickets themselves, but the gold on of the tickets didn't do well with my scanner.

Comes in a protective cover box. See pictures.
