Semiquincentennial - US Mint coins (NCR)

The coin collectors out there know this already, I'm sure, but for others, I heard about this recently:

The US Mint is producing some coins that commemorate the USA semiquincentennial of 2026
(That's 1/2 x 500 years = 250 years) or "America 250".

The same theme we (CCA) adopted for our 2026 Convention & Show in June.
So, you could say coins & chips intersect this year.

Here's a US Mint article on the special coins -- regular coins (penny-non-circulating) plus nickels, dimes, quarters, half-dollars and dollars, plus precious metal coins in silver, gold and platinum. Watch for the regular coinage in your pocket change perhaps? The link:
