When I worked at Harrah’s Tahoe as a change person/
keyman in the slot department in 1966 we gave out
premium points with each jackpot that could be redeemed
for merchandise at a small concession located near the
restaurant. Although I don’t remember that bell, it may
have been one of the items you get early on. Strange that
it was made in India.
