Robert Caples made the original for the map for Town House (and later for Carlisle). Then, at some time after, I'll assume at the request of Town House, Burton Frasher made the postcard version. Everything lines up and makes sense.

Now, about that map that they can't find a printable copy? Ah Ha, I wonder if we'll ever see one.
