As a responsive, proactive member of the BOD Mike has helped put the focus on a critical part of the club: quickly welcoming, tracking and helping retain members.

It's a lot of behind the scenes work, but his partnership with Charles helped enable the members-only advanced features we turned on last year.

His partnership with me helps get Member Newsletters out to everyone, including the newest members (didn't get yours last week? Send me a note to fix that).

And his communication with me ensures Mentor outreach to new members to get them feeling welcomed right off that bat.

He sets the bar for what should be expected from everyone on the BoD.
