Hello Fellow CCA Members!

Here is an updated picture for the memberships that are set to expire at the end of March.

THANK YOU to those of you who have already renewed, especially all of those who renewed for multiple years!!!

I have also processed a ton of renewals for memberships that were set to expire in June and September of this year, so thanks to those of you who have done that as well.

We have had 2 people complete the exit survey, although one response preferred to remain anonymous, so i cannot reflect it in the graphical below. The 15 year member who has decided not to renew said they had no ill intentions towards the club, they simply do not collect any more.

I will continue to follow up over the coming weeks with the remaining members who are set to expire.

Below is a picture that shows the number of memberships set to expire (categorized by how long they have been a CCA Member under their current membership number) and clearly shows our progress towards 100% renewals.

As usual, each colored box represents a membership - GREEN indicates they have renewed, LIGHT RED indicates they have not yet renewed & DARK RED indicates they have communicated that they are not renewing.
