I shot this plate at Fry's this morning. Some guy with female passenger followed me home and wanted to know why I took a photo of his license plate. He could not grasp the fact I collected license plates and drove off in a huff. To make it worse I did NOT photograph his plate. Not many New Yorkers visit Arizona.
